To ensure that the ivestment is an ongoing process and not just an event, we strongly believe in a Train the Trainer methodology and we train internal product champions to deliver training on an ongoing basis. We have successfuly developed and delivered culture changing programmes to many retail companies including: 
  • Williams-Sonoma: The GUEST Approach (rolled out to 4,500 people using a Train the Trainer approach in two successive years). Still part of curriculum.
  • The North Face: The SUMMIT Approach (rolled out to all US stores personnel and then followed up with a Train the Trainer approach.)
  • Timberland: The Timberland BELIEF (rolled out to all US stores personnel using a Train the Trainer approach with DM’s)
  • PUMA: BE NICE (rolled out globally to over 800 stores using a Train the Trainer approach)
  • Wet Seal: SEAL IT! (rolled out to all US retail personnel using a Train the Trainer approach updating a self-directed learning approach)
  • VANS: SKATE (rolled out to all US store managers)
